| Pet Lieutenants F.A.Q. 1 What services do you specialize in? We specialize in the clean up of pet waste from the yard and litter boxes/cages. We also take pride in every shampoo, all chauffeur needs, and personalized play time experience we are fortunate to have with each pet. 2 Why is regular waste clean up necessary? Regular waste clean up is necessary so as to maintain a healthy environment for your pets and family. Leaving waste to collect in the yard for too long increases the chances of pet related illnesses and a hazardous play area for children. We recommend no fewer than once per week clean ups but strongly urge all pet owners to consider our twice per services. 3 How do you price your waste clean up services? There are several factors to consider when pricing the waste clean up services; including: # of dogs, # of areas to be cleaned, size of yard, how long since the last cleaning,… 4 Do you take special precautions when cleaning up pet wasted? Yes. Our field technicians wear gloves and shoe covers when starting each job and dispose of them when the job is complete. This helps guard against the transmitting of communicable diseases such as Parvo. Our equipment is cleaned after each yard to guard against transmitting pet related diseases from yard to yard 5 Do you have a service contract…what is the term of service? Yes. We have a one year membership service agreement for waste clean up services. This allows Pet Lieutenants to hire dedicated employees that will come to understand your pet’s individual needs and likes. Although, we will come out for spot cleanings as needed, but this involves a different pricing schedule vs. those who are active members with Pet Lieutenants LLC. 6 Are you limited to only providing cleaning during day time and in good weather? No. We are a year round cleaning service that cleans every week, every day or as contracted to perform our service. Our field technicians are equipped with exterior lighting apparatus that, assuming the family home has an exterior outlet, will allow them to perform cleaning services at night as well. 7 How long have you been performing this service? Our field technicians have more than 20 years of pet experience 8 What is involved with the waste clean up services for cats, birds, & rabbits? For cat owners we offer a unique pick up and drop off service for litter boxes. We will take away the current box in use and replace it with a freshly cleaned litter box. Depending on how often the box needs to be cleaned will be a factor in pricing as well. 9 What does it mean that you offer pet taxi/chauffeur service? In times such as vacations or extended business trips, if you need to have you pet dropped off and picked up from pet day care or kennel we will take care of this service for you. When you’re running short of time this is a great service to take advantage of as we will save you the time of running back and forth. 10 How do the personalized play time / walking services work? While Pet Lieutenants are on the scene, once the task of waste clean up is complete, we will spend additional time playing with your pet. Typically, this service is geared towards dogs, but will consider all pet owner needs. 11 Do Pet Lieutenants have additional resources backing them up? Yes. We confer regularly with local veterinarians discussing ways to enhance our services and ensure the highest quality of effort every time, contact local city officials reviewing ordinances relating to our business, insurance agents, and more of the same… 12 What makes Pet Lieutenants unique? Great question! We are committed to providing the highest level service every time we interact with your family and your pets. We are dedicated to the service and specialized care of your pets.
